Special Notes
- To Start: Press the lock button 3 times on the factory key FOB
- To Stop: Press the lock button 3 more times while the engine is on
- Parking Lights will illuminate
- Run Time is 15 minutes
- All doors and hoods must be closed
- The vehicle must be put into "Ready Mode" by Putting the foot on the Brake pedal,
- Shifter into Neutral, E-Brake up, Foot off the Brake pedal, Turn ignition off, open the door, exit the vehicle, close the door, and lock. Opening up any door after this will take the vehicle out of ready mode.
- If your vehicle has a TPMS system (non-Canadian models), you will need to cut one wire, and TPMS will still function. If you have a 2020+, this wire, depending on the build date, will be light pink instead of light green. The location of this wire though IS STILL THE SAME REGARDLESS.
- You will also need to tap (NOT CUT) your Clutch Cancel wire. Instructions provided.
- All wire and hardware interfacing is provided.
- The vehicle will NOT shut off when a door is opened
- You will be able to get into the vehicle after a remote start, put the key into the ignition, turn the ignition two clicks to the ON position, tap the brake pedal, and now your key is in control and you can drive off!
