At Cali Raised LED, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returnedwithin 30 daysof the original purchase date.
- Products must beunused, uninstalled, and in their original packagingwith all included accessories.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Items that have beeninstalled, modified, or damageddue to improper usecannot be returned.
- Special-order items, custom-made products, and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

2. Ship the Item Back
- Once your return is approved, you will receive anRMA# and return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
3. Inspection & Refund Processing
- Once we receive your return, we willinspect the itemto ensure it meets the return criteria.
- Please allow up to15 business daysfor your refund to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to theoriginal form of payment—Cali Raised LED doesnotoffer store credit or gift cards for returned products.

Restocking Fees

Third-Party Product Returns
Cali Raised LED sellsthird-party productsthat arenot manufactured by us. These items follow thereturn, exchange, and cancellation policies of their respective manufacturers.
- If you want to return a third-party product,you must contact us first. We will provide you with the manufacturer’s return policy and instructions.
- Any third-party items sent backwithout prior approvalwillnot be acceptedand will be returned at the customer’s expense.
