Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• Not a custom-made, special-order, or clearance item (final sale)

All returns require an approved request form— returns without one will not be processed.

• If you purchased Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, return shipping is 100% free.
• Without protection, return shipping is your responsibility.

Please follow these guidelines to ensure your return arrives safely:

• Securely package the item to avoid damage during transit
• Remove old tracking labels from the box
• Include paperwork with your RMA number or order number inside
• Attach the return label securely and retain a drop-off receipt for your records

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Funds are returned to your original payment method or issued as store credit (if selected)

Refunds do not include:

• Original shipping costs
• 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns
• Package protection fees (non-refundable)

If items are damaged, used, or missing parts, our team will contact you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Approved returns for exchanges will automatically trigger shipment of the replacement item.

Shipments may incur additional fees based on weight and value. Delivery typically takes a minimum of 5 business days.
Note: Rock Sliders sent to these locations are delivered to freight terminals only unless additional fees are paid for home delivery.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note:

• Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and taxes are not included in shipping charges
• These charges are the customer’s responsibility
• We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before ordering

We offer optional Cali Raised LED Package Protection at checkout to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If you purchased protection and experience an issue, our team will:

• Investigate the issue with the carrier.
• Offer solutions, including replacements, exchanges, partial refunds, or claim submissions on your behalf.

If protection was not purchased, we will still assist where possible, but you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier directly.

To begin a claim, contact our support team immediately after any delivery issue.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not shipped, with no fee.
If the order has shipped or it's past 24 hours, a 15% cancellation fee applies. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy.
