If you are needing to return a Cali Raised LED product please follow the following instructions
Cali Raised LED allows customers to return an item within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Damaged, broken, altered or installed products will void this offer and will not be accepted. Only unused products with all accessories and in original packaging will be approved for a refund. If you have installed the product it is not eligible for a return. If it is still sent back the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to their address. Please note that all non warranty return items are subject to a 15% restock fee that is determined upon arrival of the returned product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It usually takes 7 days for your refund to show up on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
