To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:
- All returns must be related to a Caliraisedled.com order. Cali Raised LED does not offer returns on items purchased outside of Caliraisedled.com.
- All returns must be processed through our Returns Portal within 30 days of the package being received. Once approved, you will have to pay the shipping cost for the returning product.
- If you return a product you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- Rock Sliders are not eligible for return.
- Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
- For third-party products please reach out to our sales team. Most of the 3rd party products might not be eligible for returns.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Cali Raised LED does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Cali Raised LED does not accept returns on customized products.
If the returned product is damaged or used our customer service team will determine the refund amount after calculating the cost to repair the product. If your product is not reparable or extremely damaged it will be either disposed of or shipped back to you.
Any warranty and exchange requests can be sent to our support team. Please fill out the form and follow the prompted process. You can avoid a 15% restocking fee by simply exchanging the product.
