Truck Caps for the Ram 1500, 2500 & 3500

Turn your Ram's bed into secure, weather-protected storage with the OVS Expedition truck cap, built with full wing doors on both sides, front and rear windows, and an integrated third brake light. Choose the Expedition PRO or the full-window Expedition PRO+.

Perfect for overland builds, work trucks, and anyone tired of soaked gear: load from either side through the wing doors and keep everything locked and dry.

Fits: 2019-2027 Ram 1500 DT (5.7 ft bed) and 2009-2027 Ram 2500/3500 (6.4 ft bed). Not compatible with RamBox beds. Compare every truck it fits on our OVS truck caps page.

Why Ram Owners Choose an Expedition Truck Cap

An open bed means wet gear, dusty tools, and theft risk. A truck cap turns the Ram's bed into a lockable, weatherproof gear garage — without giving up the bed itself.

Built for Ram Trucks

The Expedition cap fits 2019-2025 Ram 1500 DT and 2009-2025 Ram 2500/3500 beds, with full wing doors that open the entire side of the bed for loading.

What to Look for in a Truck Cap

The features that matter day to day:

  • Full wing doors — side access without crawling into the bed
  • Front and rear windows — visibility and light
  • Integrated third brake light — stay street-legal and visible
  • Pairs with bed drawers and MOLLE storage for full organization

The Overland Storage Upgrade

For camping rigs and work trucks alike, a cap is the single biggest storage upgrade you can make — everything dry, locked, and ready when you are.
