We use the 2018+ Tundra TRD LED headlights design as the foundation to develop these Toyota Tundra LUXX-series G2 headlights, and we apply an LED tube as DRL around the projector. These headlights come with an activation light feature, which is a running light when you ignite your Toyota Tundra, as well as a white DRL light and sequential turn signal on the light tube. These G2 version Tundra NOVA-Series come with a clear LED tune with configurable white (default) or amber DRL, so you can choose to use white or amber DRL to match your Tundra. At the side of these Toyota Tundra LUXX-series G2 headlights is the amber reflector lens, and there is an amber halogen light bulbs at the bottom for the turn signal light. The projector is for low beams, and we are using a built-in LED at the center for high beams. The projectors are single projectors with high/low beams and use LED chips, developed by our own factory.
We compose these Toyota Tundra LUXX-series G2 projector headlights with our patented rectangular projector lens. The projection cut-off line is perfect for American LHD regulation.

Our Toyota Tundra LUXX-series G2 projector headlights are made of polycarbonate plastic lens. We also apply a layer of anti-fog agent on the headlight lens; thus, it allows better light output in extreme weather. In addition, we also apply another coating to protect the lens against yellowing and oxidation.
