I assembled this cap solo. Not difficult after some thought, blending installation instructions and my own plan of assembly on the truck bed, all came together nicely (I'm a 63 yo DYI type of guy). Fit and finish is perfect. Very happy with the product. I decided on this cap over a pop style for better mpg's. Wife is very impressed and says it doesn't look like an old man's bed cap, lol. First impression was that I thought I was going to have to silicone all the interface surfaces on top and sides, but those seals seem fine. I didn't use the supplied "single" bulb for the bed, but used a triple bulb seal I had purchased thinking ahead. I have come up with an idea how to add a screen feature for the little slide windows that should work out nicely. Wife and I are looking forward to camping with our Kingcamp SUV tent attached to the tailgate when parked at camp. It's going to be fun times ahead.
