Intimidating but WORTH IT

This is an involved install requirong holes to be drilled in dash trim. The instructions on YouTube are great. I wound up not disconnecting all headunit wires and drilled the holes sitting right in my 4runner. The most unnerving part is getting the fsctory plastic trim and vents out, just not wanting to break anything. Process went fine, recommend using a small flathead for the vent removal. My kit was missing a small allen/hex key for the bolts, odd because 2 large keys are included for the ball mounts. Other T-slot based ball mounts work with this kit too, I used a 1" ball for some RAM accessories.

Just installed mine today so far I am very impressed with this mount and its quality. Installation process was straightforward and pretty easy I like how it comes with two of the 20mm mounting balls. Feels extremely secure and a huge step up from what I was using before.

Dash Accessory Mount on 2024 4Runner TRD Offroad. Perfect mix of form and function. Looks like a factory OEM addition to my dash area but picks up where the factory missed the mark for owners needing electronic devices accessible. First modification to my brand new 4Runner. Last 8 years spent modifying and mostly repairing a new purchase 2016 Jeep. Caliraised Youtube channel video was a great help for the install and understanding the ins and outs of the dash/radio area. Super easy and took less than 30 minutes. Looks great and rock-solid set up.

Sleek and Blends In

I installed mine on my 2021 4runner and it looks great. While I have two tackform ball joints on, I only bought a cell phone mount since I was still undecided on what to use for the second ball. Installation was almost as easy as I saw on the video, but could have used a little bit more clarity on the fan tabs.

Perfect

I don't know why this product doesn't have any reviews yet but it's the perfect permanent dash mount. It's way more low profile than the others from other companies and with the track you can essentially mount as many things as you can fit. It feels sturdy and I prefer the fact that it's screwed in. Highly recommend.
