Amber fog lamp kit

I had the previous generation amber fog pods. The housing cracked and was able to get a discount on these newer ones. They are just as bright and it looks as though they have slightly better build quality. Very pleased with this purchase, easy plug and play with the included wire harness.

Upgrades Your Looks & Abilities Easily

DISCLAIMER: I have already purchased & installed the white LED version of these for over a year. I recently decided to jump on the amber train and purchased these as a replacement. Prior to installing about 2/5 cars would flash me on the road and now I'm only getting shakas and head nods. This was a super easy install when paired with the fog light replacement bracket from Cali Raised. I decided not to purchase the wiring harness and retrofit the lights to the OEM Fog light circuit so I utilize the factory Fog light switch near the steering wheel. I love the look of the lights on my rig and overall very happy with the upgrade. The price & ease of install is hard to beat in comparison to the options from competitors. Amazing!

They're great! They have the amber color spot on. I've had them for a couple years now and they still look brand new! Very high quality and totally worth the price.

Light pods look great and

Light pods look great and function well. My only gripe is with the mounts. The amber pods have a different bracket than what you see on the side projecting pods. (Not the mounting bracket that attaches to the hood). It is a very poor fit on the light pod and required me to swap out the provided hardware with nylock nuts and split lock washers. No hill for a climber but a little annoying.

Aside from the hardware being

Aside from the hardware being tricky to install (small space) the pods themselves are fantastic. Great value from a great company.

Amber Pods

These pod lights are nice. I would prefer them to be a bit brighter. The only thing I don't like at this time is that they don't come with the male deutsch connectors. So, if you order them, order a set of wires to wire into your harness.

I like the color and

I like the color and the spread. I do wish there was a better locking mechanism to keep the lights aimed where I set them (I’m readjusting, going to add some locktite) and I understood these to be fog lights so expected/hoped for a cutoff at the top so people didn’t feel the need to flick their lights at me.

Great pod light

4 stars just because I thought they were a bit on the pricier side. Put them in my 2015 tacoma fog light pod light brackets by cali raised as well. They work great, color is great. They are nice and bright yet widely angled so I do use them on the road when road conditions are bad and I've never been high-beamed after about 4 months of driving. The paint will fade fairly quickly but it doesn't bother me the function is what I was after. Overall, I would definitely recommend this pod if you're looking for a less focused more versatile pod light! Also, beware as these lights are sold as quantity x1.
