What size pods is this plate compatible with?

This flush mount plate is designed for 3x2 and 2x2 LED pods.

Does this require cutting?

Yes. A cutout sized to the pod needs to be made in the surface you're mounting into. The plate provides a clean finished edge around the cutout.

Wiring options

The lights feel very well built, the wiring is done properly with heat shrink, and they are very bright for their size. My only gripe, and the reason for the 4/5 stars, is that there is no mention of the wiring connections. They are DEUTSCH type connectors which I'm positive the typical DIYer will not have on hand. Other brands in the same price range include a relay and a harness to connect to power, both of which these lights lack.
