Awesome Roof Rack

Excellent Roof rack. Quality materials and finish. Install wasn't the easiest and as others have mentioned there was no harness for the side light pods. Had to make my own. While this is good so people can customize to their needs, it was an unexpected hurdle. Flip up front valance is a great feature to protect your light bar from debris on highway and low hanging limbs on the trail. Also it helps with less wind resistance for fuel efficiency (still a 4runner but it helps). Customer service at Cali Raised is why you should buy from them. They have an excellent customer support team.

Awesome roof rack

This roof rack is amazing. Its been on my truck for two years now through New England winters and not a spec of rust. The lightbar cover is also awesome; in most states up here having an exposed lightbar is illegal on road, so having a quick way to cover it up is essential. The 360 lighting cutouts are really helpful as well, since it allowed me to mount the lights flush with the crossbars and have everything contained within the rack.

This would be five stars however, there are a few shortcomings. Admittedly, putting it together requires the youtube video as no instructions are provided, however the video covers everything very well. Secondly, the back crossbar will hit the sharkfin antenna on most trucks. Toyota has some manufacturering variances in placement of the antenna, so it is random if the rack will bolt on without interference on your truck. There are two options for remedying the problem: grind down the crossbar or go under the headliner in the back, undo the bolts harding the sharkfin, and sliding it forward. Neither option is hard, but i wish they atleast listed the possibility of this happening before purchase so I could have prepared the truck and rack prior to trying to install it.

This rack is awesome, the dual led function light bar is a big plus, being able flip between the settings is nice.. the 360 lights up very well, much brighter than I thought it would be..

Dont get me worng. I love this company and this rack. BUT the end extrion will NOT fit a 2022 or 2023 tacoma antenna. You have to tirn it vertically and sacrifice the bottom bolt. On the premium rack you have to figure out which track to atrach the back vailance. I would have given this 7 stars out of 5 if they would just drill the hole and instruct people to put the thing veritically. Or redesign it..
Also they could have totally made a design that didnt run an extrusion rail over tye sunroof. Lazy designers. SAD

Looks good, feels sturdy. Assembly was a bit of a pain if im being honest. One of the inserts came loose and popped out during install and i had to repair that.

Easy Install

I love the adjustable part. I am able to protect my light bar from getting dirty from driving all day long. It is very easy to adjust when I do want to get it out. Installation was pretty easy I would say. Having the proper tools helps a lot so if you don't have good stuff, I would pay someone to do it.

Great Team to Work With..Read the Fine Print about the Surrounding Lights and my 2023!

The quality of the product was phenomenal. I was very impressed with how it was shipped and felt extremely well built. The surrounding lights do not include wiring harnesses and have to be purchased separately. Hopefully, it will be much more noticeable when purchasing but the team was fantastic to work with regarding options available. A non-mirror part was included and the team sent out a replacement immediately. I would give 4.5 starts except for the harness instructions.

In addition, I have a 2023 Tacoma and the tolerances are TIGHT. They may have moved the bolts slightly for anchoring as the rack does not sit right against the area above the windshield even with it fully to the rear with the allowed tolerances and just clears the antenna...not by a mm. It is directly adjacent.

Installation was fairly simple, not the easiest but wasn’t difficult and for the rigidity this rack provides, I’ll take it.

If you’re like me and take things off when not in use, you’ll want the roll in inserts you can remove without taking the extrusion bars off.

Love this company the only thing I haven’t bought from them that’s on my Tacoma is my tent and roof rack. Everything else is from them and I plan on buying rock sliders, skid plates. If they come out with bumpers for a 2nd gen Tacoma I’ll most likely get that too!

Stands out among the other brands, with a unique design!

I purchased the premium rack with the dual mode light bar, and scene lights and I have to say these lights are dumb bright and allow you to see everything almost as if it were daylight out.

The overall build quality is above and beyond with one minute flaw but is difficult to avoid, Toyota slightly adjusted the shark fin antenna on the 2020+ and crammed more electronics in it, making it slightly larger. This led to the back of the rack hitting the antenna and no amount of adjustment in the rack or its mounts will solve this issue out of the box, and minor modifications to the cross bar or the antenna will have to be done to make it not touch.

With that minute issue aside, this rack is perfect in every way all the way down to the not seen anywhere else features like the light bar valence that you can flip up when not using the light bar, which completely eliminates wind noise you get from the wind brushing past the light bar, to putting the scene lighting inside the rack so that it’s not sticking out giving obstacles one less thing to be able to go grab a hood of on the trail.

If you are just starting off your build, I’d look to this great company for your off road accessories!

Nice Rack!

~ 2005-2021 TOYOTA TACOMA PREMIUM ROOF RACK ~

One of my first and favorite mods I installed on my 3rd Gen Tacoma is the premium roof rack. Complete with 360 lighting, lightweight and sturdy cross bars, and the most important feature - the adjustable wind deflector that keeps the road noise down! My commute (and phone calls) have not been impacted by the road noise thanks to this rack. Wind deflector also keeps my CaliRaised LED 43" dual function light bar bug-free! Kudos to the folks at CaliRaised LED for making a superior product! B R A V O.
