Shipping + Returns Policy


We want to get you your products as soon as possible. That's why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put
your vehicle to good use sooner.

Cali Raised LED offers free UPS, FedEx, and USPS Ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United
States only. We do not ship to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)


We want to be sure you're as happy with your Cali Raised LED products as we are. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our sales team within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused, and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


Ins and Outs of Cali Raised Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to a order. Cali Raised LED does not offer returns on items purchased outside of
  • All returns must be processed through our Returns Portal within 30 days of the package being received. Once approved, you will have to pay the shipping cost for the returning product.
  • If you return a product you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Rock Sliders are not eligible for return.
  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
  • For third-party products please reach out to our sales team. Most of the 3rd party products might not be eligible for returns.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Cali Raised LED does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Cali Raised LED does not accept returns on customized products.

If the returned product is damaged or used our customer service team will determine the refund amount after calculating the cost to repair the product. If your product is not reparable or extremely damaged it will be either disposed of or shipped back to you.

Any warranty and exchange requests can be sent to our support team. Please fill out the form and follow the prompted process. You can avoid a 15% restocking fee by simply exchanging the product. START AN EXCHANGE

Shipping your return

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA (return merchandise authorization) # or original order number.
  • Securely attach your return label to the package.
  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
